| Role Overview
Are you passionate about helping Filipino employees get better access to healthcare? FindShare is looking for a motivated Junior Healthcare Solutions & Digital Marketing Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for promoting our HMO and Wellness solutions to SMEs and HR leaders. Key Responsibilities: - HMO Promotion & Outreach: Identify and reach out to SME business owners and HR managers to introduce our cost-effective healthcare and payroll bundles. - Lead Generation: Use digital tools and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) to build a pipeline of interested companies. - Client Presentations: Conduct online and face-to-face presentations to explain the benefits of our healthcare partners and digital platform. Job Requirements: - Experience: At least 1âÂÂ2 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service. (Experience in Insurance or Healthcare is a plus but not required) - Education: College degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or any related field. - Skills: * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino. - Comfortable making outbound calls and "hunting" for new leads. - Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Mindset: A "people person" who is persistent, organized, and results-oriented. |
