Responsible for conducting inspection for raw material and formula products of ice cream manufacturing.
2. Set, develop, and update standard operating procedures for
manufacturing and storage. Provide training to customers, and provide technical support to employees to ensure their operating are compliance with the procedures.
3. Be responsible for quality control of products storage. Perform internal quality audits to ensure the quality of products.
4. Conduct sanitation activities. Ensure the facility and storage environment is compliance with legal requirements and other applicable regulations.
5. Responsible for all food safety documents management and control.
6. Provide scientific and technical support to the company's sales in terms of advertisement.
Applicants must meet the minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills relevant to the position may be evaluated during the interview process.
