Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Agent to manage real-time interactions with our website visitors. As the first point of contact, you will provide prompt and informative responses, ensuring a seamless user experience and fostering community engagement.​

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with website visitors via live chat, addressing inquiries about content, products, and services.​

Provide accurate information and assist users in navigating the website.

Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex queries when necessary.​

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or chat support role.​

Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.​

Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Familiarity with live chat software and customer support tools.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.​
