RESPONSIBILITIES
+ communicate with customers in a courteous & professional manner
+ listen attentively to customers, demonstrate empathy, maximize opportunity to build rapport
+ clarify customer needs; use decision-support tools to provide resolution
PROFILE
+ 18 years old & up
+ computer/internet literate
+ FLUENT in English
+ committed to full-time long-term employment
All successful candidates go thru a month-long training on communications, culture & product-specific courses to equip them before actual work begins.
ATTAINMENT
+ HS (before K-12 curriculum) / ALS / SHS (K-12) graduate
+ not tied up with academics; not studying nor enrolling for school
+ BPO experience handling international voice accounts is a DEFINITE PLUS but not required.
