Provide assistance to the senior pastor in order to build and maintain relationships that enhance the churchâs ability to deliver ministry and resources to the congregation; Read scriptures from the Bible and interpret scriptures of the Bible in accordance with the churchâs tenets and beliefs to congregation members by teaching, lecturing, or other instructional devices; Lead prayer during worship services, Bible study meetings, and/or other religious activities; Provide assistance to the senior pastor to coordinate, plan, and conduct evangelical events reaching out to non-believers, including visitations to public places and facilities for the homeless, elderly and disabled individuals to conduct religious worship; Teach new members and non-believers about fundamentals of Christianity, salvation, history and resurrection of Christ, baptism, and spiritual rebirth in Jesus Christ; Actively participate and provide assistance to the senior pastor in coordination of special worship services such as Good Friday, Easter, Christmas, and any other religious occasions; Assist the senior pastor to coordinate and preside over various meetings that oversee social and recreational programs for the congregation members; Coordinate with the senior pastor in development and preparation of religious educational materials for congregation members.
