Details
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences, considering the availability of participants and resources.
Arrange travel and accommodations for team members, ensuring itineraries are organized and cost-effective.
Manage and maintain an up-to-date contact list, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
Prepare and maintain customer spreadsheets, keeping online records accurate and organized for easy access.
Organize and coordinate managers' calendars, ensuring they know about upcoming deadlines, events, and appointments.
Conduct market research to support company strategy and decision-making.
Create engaging and informative presentations as assigned for internal and external use.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
