⢠Administer and monitor employee compensation and benefits plans, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and compliance
Job Requirements:
⢠Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or certification preferred
⢠Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a tech or consulting industry
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software, such as BambooHR, Paylocity, and Workday
⢠Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment, and adapt to changing priorities and needs
