Key Responsibilities:
He/She will be responsible for the overall management and upkeep of the condominium project, supervise security, technical, housekeeping, finance/accounting, and other tasks assigned by the PM Head / BOD.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Bachelorâs Degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Architecture, Management Engineering, Building Technology, Business Administration, or related field and with a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
⢠Good knowledge of all laws that govern building management and maintenance, as well as familiarity with the National Building Code and legislation that have an impact on building safety, emergency evacuation, and environmental protection.
⢠Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures and budget preparation. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of operational reports.
⢠Substantial hands-on experience in building management and maintenance procedures and supervision of contractors.
⢠Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
⢠Fluent in English & Filipino (Spoken & Written)
