DESCRIPTION: The company only started last October 12, 2021 and we already have 3 significant projects in different fields. In line with the statement above, our Company is the perfect place to learn and grow for each employee during the pandemic; rather than working from home and developing a stagnant lifestyle, I believe in the beauty of a start up. Yes, achieving the goal is important, Trusting and helping our beloved employees grow individually in the office is my job. When a devoted employee reaches a road block, it is my job to ensure a solution and guide them, however this must not be abused. To conclude, with our executives providing an environment for individual growth, we require the employees to have a mind set to become better each day. To be comfortable with being uncomfortable; understanding that being outside your comfort zone means hard work ethic and a mindset to grow must be required. | |
