DESCRIPTION: Jess Fine Foods, Inc. is the parent company running all Jipan Cafe and Bakeshop outlets. Jipan first opened its doors on June 3, 1992 with the sole purpose of providing customers with freshly baked, high quality Japanese style breads. Its pioneer, Mrs. Hiroko Fujimura, brought her love for the craft of baking and food along when she moved to the Philippines from Japan. Twenty one years later, Mrs. Fujimura has passed on the reigns and recipes to Ms. Stephanie Brimo who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and spent most of her life in the food industry. Entrusted with a brand that so many people have come to trust and love; Ms. Brimo has accepted the challenge to continue the Jipan tradition and stay true to its products and beliefs while taking steps to update its image and grow amidst the competitive market.
