DESCRIPTION: Sometime in 1999, amidst the economic turmoil, which led to business closures and the proliferation of manufacturing plants relocating to other ASEAN countries, PHIL.PINOY was born, in the spirit of nationalism, we were moved to join together to help our countrymen. Without second thought, we decided to offer consultancy services to uplift the spirit of the Filipino workers, by encouraging them to work productively and strive for excellence. It started with a genuine purpose of assisting people, and from on, we continued to work by this principle.
