DESCRIPTION: Exchange Properties Resources Corporation was established and it purchased a 165-hectare property called Marbella Marina Club for the Philippine Government through the Asset Privatization Trust (ATP. The property was originally developed by the Marcos Administration and operated as the president's private resort during which time it catered to the President's personal friends-dignitaries and personalities. Upon acquiring the property, EPRC renamed the resort to CAYLABNE BAY RESORT-named after the geographical name of the bay on which it sits. The northernmost tip of the resort is known as Caylabne Point, which is at kilometer 73 along the national highway-or 73 kilometers from Luneta Park in Manila.
