DESCRIPTION: As a small and dynamic organisation, our Team is focused on professional services to our Accounting Firms and their Business Clients. We offer our Philippine accounting professionals a career path which is the envy of other Outsource Providers. We have committed the cross training of our staff and each employee has the opportunity to spend 2-3 weeks in Australia working with practices and a sample of their clients and attending Australian-hosted training and education. We provide specific on-the-job training. We dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per month on structured online and face-face training. Our structured training covers various accounting software product training as well as Accounting and Tax regulations. | |
