It aims to fulfill the promise of holistic health to over 100 million Filipinos uplifting not just the physical but also the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of health. To fulfill its mission, ULF develops health programs following this work process: Find the gap. ULF identifies the highly needed, yet highly neglected aspects of health in marginalized sectors or communities where action can create the greatest impact. Develop interventions.
