DESCRIPTION: Via Mare started operations on September 5, 1975, a fulfillment of a common objective among its founder to establish a world class seafood specialty restaurant in Manila. with Glenda Rosales - Baretto as the prime mover at the helm in developing the restaurants menu and the contributions and critiques of her gourmet partners namely: Mr. Alberto T. Baretto III, Mrs. Carolina S. Rono, Mr and Mrs. Cipriano C. Bautista, Mr. Lazaro V. Tolosa and Mr. Alberto G. Arceo. To this day, Via Mare provides impeccable cuisine and unparalleled service to notable hosts of the country's political and social functions. It is the name behind the historic feasts of four presidential inagurations.
