DESCRIPTION: SM Appliance Center, Inc. is the retail affiliate of the SM Group that is focused on the marketing of home appliances in the Philippines. The SM Group is known to a lot of people as one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines with extensive holdings in shopping malls, retailing, financial services and real estate development. SM Appliance Center is the trade name of Star Appliance Center, Inc. which was incorporated in 1991; and in a span of over twenty three years, we have been able to set up 58 outlets throughout the entire Philippines. We have 49 branches in Luzon, 5 in Visayas and 4 in Mindanao. For the year 2014, a branch in Angono will open in November and 6 soon-to-open branches in 2015 to be located in San Mateo, Rizal; Tetuan, Zamboanga; Trece Martires, Cavite; Roxas City; Cabanatuan and Seaside, Cebu City.
