DESCRIPTION: Company Overview MetroConcepts, Inc., is a design-build company which started May 24, 2007. It was formed initially to cater to the various design and construction requirements of Property Company of Friends, Inc., a real estate developer that provides housing to middle-income earners. For many years, MCI focused in doing interiors of model units, design of recreational amenities, decorating, landscaping and project management. Arch. Vina Elisa C. Bote, the President of MCI, was formerly a Project Director of the said developer. Because of the passion to pursue a career related to design, she decided to put-up a design and construction company. With a background on Business Development, the proponent understands the needs of property development with considerations on beauty, functionality, marketability and practicality. MCIs primary mission is to be an ally to prime-movers in the real estate development industry. | |
