DESCRIPTION: J.E. Abraham C. Lee Construction & Development is a Cebu based construction and design company. Our expertise is in the field of Commercial, Industrial and Mid-Rise Residential Construction. Our Founder and Mentor - Engr. Joseph Emmanuel Abraham C. Lee has been involved in several Design & Build Projects in the province of Cebu from 1990 to 2000. In 2001 Engr. Lee decided to suspend operations in the Philippines and moved to Canada to raise his four children in a more modern and western environment. During his stay in Canada from 2001 to 2011 Engr. Lee as a member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologies, furthered his expertise in building design & construction thru his involvement in Building Science Studies, Building Code Training & Practice, and Consulting Engineering. | |
