We are CENTRAL SERVICES INTEGRATED COOPERATIVE, or-ganized November 18, 2004, a multipurpose cooperative mainly engaged in the business of manpower provision. We are duly registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) under Certificate of Registration No. C-521-4579 and the Department of Labor and Employment under Certificate of Registration No. ROIV-09-10-238 under DO18-A Series of 2011. We organized CSI Cooperative as an option to traditional contracting con-cerns. Our cooperative aims to provide a win-win option for both our member-workers and our clients. For our member-workers we aim to uplift their quality of life by providing dignified, sustainable and progressive means of livelihood, com-prehensive healthcare provision for wellness and savings and loan services to as-sist and inculcate good values in handling their finances.
