Alccare is looking for a Nurse & Allied Healthcare Recruiter The position requires RECRUITER to: Establish a rapport with the nurses & allied healthcare professionals by telephone and to actively listen to understand their personal and professional needs and priorities. Respond to nurse & allied healthcare professionals objections and questions by providing "win-win" solution oriented responses. Encourage prospects to complete and send back the application. Maintain daily contact with the recruitment prospects by utilizing a call back and application mail out schedule. Maintain an average of 40 & above new calls and initial contacts per day. | |
