DESCRIPTION: J. F. Rubber Phils., Inc. manufactures rubber parts for the automotive and electronic industries. The company also produces and supplies rubber compound to other companies. Its factory is located at People's Technology Complex - Special Economic Zone in Carmona, Cavite, Philippines. The company is capable of producing rubber parts based on customer-supplied drawings and material requirements. Compounding of raw materials and mold design and fabrication are both subcontracted from accredited vendors. The process of material formulation and mold design is a joint effort between J.F. Rubber and the accredited vendor to ensure raw materials and molds that produce quality products. All supplied materials and molds undergo strict incoming and in-process quality inspection and test procedures conducted by qualified technical personnel. In-process controls and checks are done in each stage of the manufacturing process from the receipt of raw materials to the delivery of finished goods. | |
