DESCRIPTION: SolidService started servicing SONY television and audio products in 1971 as a division of Solid Industries Inc., which was then the exclusive manufacturer/ distributor of Sony in the Philippines. In 1997, Sony Philippines (SPH) was established. SolidService continued to serve as SPHs after sales service network through an exclusive outsourcing arrangement.In 2008, SolidService entered into a service agreement with its Solid Group affiliate, Solid Broadband Corporation to repair the my|phone brand of mobile phones. In 2010, this agreement was renewed under MySolid Technologies and Devices Inc., the distributor of my|phone. As of 2014, SolidService has 38 branches nationwide and 4 collections point committed to serve you through continuous improvement in network expansion, technical skills training, system enhancement and operational efficiency. | |
