1999 Ineng's Special BBQ started its first major operation at SIDCOR WEEKEND MARKET in Cubao, Quezon City. Ineng's Special BBQ at that time sold 40 sticks at P20.00 each by the husband and wife tandem Richard C. Santiago and Michelle B. Santiago who pioneered the first rounded pork BBQs in the country.
With its increasing patronage, it was also during this year that Ineng's Special BBQ had expanded its first production facility at Main Ave. Cubao Quezon City.
2001 Inengs Special BBQ Main Avenue formally opened on December 8, 2001 becoming the pioneer branch. This also kicked-off the Couples venture of the QSR and Fast Casual types of dining restaurants.
