DESCRIPTION:
The Music School of Ryan Cayabyab opened its doors to the public in October 1986 as an alternative school of music for children, teens and adults. Originally called Ryan Cayabyab The Music Studio and located in Sunvar Plaza in Amorsolo Street in Makati City, spouses Ryan and Emmy Cayabyab recruited their colleagues and Ryan?s former students from the University of the Philippines College of Music to become the school?s first faculty members. It offered individual courses in piano and voice studies, and later added theory and rudiments in their curriculum. Through the years the school has trained countless musical artists, entertainers and musicians who have gained national recognition. The original faculty members have also gone on to become noted leaders in their respective fields.Today, The Music School of Ryan Cayabyab endeavours to be the premier institution that will give more Filipinos a chance to experience the joy the exhilaration that a musical experience can bring...
