DESCRIPTION: STRADCOM is the leading Philippine information and communications technology company that pioneered the most successful IT endeavor of the Philippine government to date: the Land Transportation Office Information Technology (LTO-IT) Project which has resulted in increased efficiency and greatly improved the delivery of services to the general public. STRADCOM solely financed the development, operation and maintenance of the LTO-IT Project at no cost to the National Government. This was the Philippines Governments first major IT project to be implemented via the Build-Own-Operate (BOO) option under the Build-Operate and Transfer (BOT) Law.
