DESCRIPTION: We are a brand new call center based in the heart of the Philippines, Metropolitan Manila and was established last January 2010 with only few accounts started. First Synergy Global Center Phil Co was originally established by an American Investor from USA California and continued by the Operations Director and now creating a big impact in the Business Processing Outsourcing industry. We are expanding in a very short time simply because of the quality of services that we provide and excellent customer service that we give both to our clients and customers. All of our agents are highly motivated to do their job because of the competitive compensation and the great working environment. We only started with 20 English Speaking Agents and now we have 50 English Speaking Agents who are working hard to give excellent service for both outbound and inbound accounts and we can expand our territory up to 100 seats.
