DESCRIPTION: STATE PROPERTIES CORPORATION (SPC) is the real estate arm of State Investment Trust, Inc. (SITI). It was originally organized on November 12, 1975 under the name of Peltan, Inc. to own real property in particular, a 78.6-hectare prime land located in Las Piñas adjacent to Ayala Alabang Subdivision. It was renamed STATE PROPERTIES CORPORATION on July 12, 1995 in preparation to converting such raw land to a prime real estate project. The Board of Directors is headed by Dr. Washington Z. SyCip, founder of SGV and Company, and a close associate and adviser of the different member companies of the State family/ Choing-Roxas family. SPC is now developing its project appropriately named Versailles representing a high-end first class residential subdivision with commercial component. It caters to the country¿s upper income strata and is also being marketed to the Filipinos based in the United States and Europe. | |
