DESCRIPTION: WEB DESIGNER NEEDED IMMEDIATELY by Philippine Mail International, LLC (PMI), a new American company specializing in Philippine-American mail. This is a part-time position. Requirements are: - graduate of University of the Philippines, De la Salle, Ateneo de Manila, or Santo Tomas, - fluency in English and Tagalog, - expert programmer in Dynamic HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP or C++, - several years experience in web design preferred.
