Its goal was to provide opportunities for small and medium-sized companies to enjoy the benefits of outsourcing.The Company¿s vision is to become the trusted partner in business process outsourcing (BPO) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. The Company continues to improve customer satisfaction. Since 2006, it has been certified by the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 for business process outsourcing services. In 2009, Infinit-O also received the ISO 27001:2005 certification. Infinit-O¿s world-class delivery center for back office solutions was awarded the ISO 27001:2005 certification by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service, the world¿s leading verification, testing and certification company, through its accredited international affiliate Certification International. | |
