DESCRIPTION: After receiving Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)¿s approval, Microfinance Maximum Savings Bank, Inc. was duly registered by Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on July 21, 2005 to operate as Thrift Bank with microfinance orientation. Its Head Office is located at a newly constructed Oppax Building in Sabang, Puerto Galera Oriental Mindoro. It was recently launched on March 8, 2006. MAXBANK is backed by professional team with a combined 38 years of commercial and central banking experience. Among its initial products and services are: Savings and Time deposit; Microfinance, SME, Agricultural and other Loans; and Domestic and Foreign remittances. MAXBANK has plans to open 2 to 3 branches each year in the next 3 to 5 years of operation. | |
