DESCRIPTION: M&H FOOD CORPORATION owner of HEN LIN, opened its doors to serve delicious and affordable dimsum, noodles and congee on May 8, 1983 at its first store in BF Homes, Paraqaque. From a dine in set up, Hen Lin ventured into kiosk-type stores at SM Supermarket selling a limited menu of dimsum and noodles. In 1997, Hen Lin went back to where it began and opened its second dine in restaurant at Greenbelt, Ayala Center but this time serving additional dishes, aside from noodles such as Congee, Braised Beef, Lechon Macau, Whit Chicken, Soy Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, Pancit Canton and many more. Hen Lin has three types of stores: dine-in type, the kiosk or the counter type and the cart type. Its 24-hour outlets include Hen Lin Madrigal (Ayala Alabang), Hen Mc Kinley (Makati), Hen Lin Shell SLT (South Luzon Tollway) and Hen Lin Shell NLT (North Luzon Tollway).
