DESCRIPTION: About InfoWeapons Corporation InfoWeapons Corporation (IWC) is an information and communication technology (ICT) venture specializing in the design and development of hardened, advanced network solutions for the Next Generation Internet. The Internet and network computing are undergoing a radical transformation. The current basic network protocol underlying the Internet known as IPv4 (Internet Protocol version 4) is over 30 years old and its design can no longer meet the needs of the global network¿s further expansion. As a result, the Internet and other modern networks have begun the inevitable shift to the Next Generation Internet Protocol known as IPv6. Its new design greatly increases the number of possible direct network connections, is more efficient, and automates several basic functionalities. The vastly increased interconnectivity of IPv6, however, results in direct access to the public Internet and with it the need for much better security practices and awareness. | |
