DESCRIPTION:
Quantum Hotels & Resorts was registered in the Republic of the Philippines and the Kingdom of Thailand in 1999. Quantum Serviced Suites was registered in Hong Kong in October, 2003.
The company began operations in Thailand on January 26, 2000 with the sale of the 400 room Garden Beach Resort located on Pattaya Beach Thailand. Quantum sold the property to a multinational company based in America with regional offices in Tokyo. Quantum provided services to the new owner in terms of restructuring all hotel operations, accounting, sales and marketing, and by organizing the complete up-grade of the physical plant.
Quantum entered the Philippines and began management of the Quantum Resort Cebu in June of 2000. Today the company has long-term Management Agreements for the BSA Tower and BSA Suites, both located in the business and entertainment center of Makati City, Metro Manila.
