Mr. Doyle E. Stout is the Chairman and CEO of STOUT COMPANY LTD and has been named as the Chairman and CEO of TENSOR-STOUT ASIA INC (TSA). TENSOR-STOUT ASIA INC (TSA) although a recently incorporated joint venture company, it has significant business in place with numerous software contracts in the Philippines and other Asian countries to include golf and recreational facilities, hospitals, web sites and specialized software packages to include specialty compression and encryption systems and programs. Additional long term contracts are now in place that will provide for long term development, production and outsourcing support for United States companies and other countries. | |
