The service is based on an on-call processing system that involves state-of-the-art computer and telecom technologies. The center operates in Manila, Philippines 12 hours a day and employs about 20 operators who have undergone a special training in telemarketing. Manila is the countrys capital and this allows us to recruit bright, articulate, customer services representatives to serve our customers. | |
