DESCRIPTION: The Loring Job Corps Center is a culturally diverse residential educational campus, serving youth between the ages of 16 and 24 from across New England. Our training program focuses on developing sustainable employability through various production learning environments. TDCs innovative learning company design at Loring is breaking new ground in preparing students for further education and work. The Center Directors role is that of a CEO and he or she is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of a dynamic learning community. The Director will guide the centers educational operations and participate in the further development of the learning company design in which each of the vocational divisions operates as a unique business that provides valuable services to the center and the surrounding communities. | |
