DESCRIPTION: ONGVI is a new holding company that operates three franchised restaurants at present. The three companies namely Tres Marias Food Corp., Tanging Restaurant Inc. and, Capitol Grillers Inc. are all operating franchised outlets of Dencio's Bar and Grill. The owner was formerly a franchisor of a well known bar and grill but was bought out by Pancake House in 2004. At the height of its franchise operation, DFC ( the former company) had 18 branches all over Metro Manila, Baguio, Canlubang and Tagaytay. After the buy out ONGVI started operating the three new branches of Dencios Bar and Grill. | |
