DESCRIPTION: Who we are: We are a team of 11 persons from Germany, China, France, Turkey and Finland. Since we are all quite young - average age is 26 - you shouldn't be too old either ;-) Our philosophy is to combine hard work with a friendly atmosphere. We all prefer a casual working environment and value good team relationships. What we do: We set up different types of webcommunities for a fairly large number of users (1.000.000+). Depending on your position you will help us either developing the website itself (programmer), or designing the layout and applications (designer), or creating an audio-/videochat system (flash expert) What we expect: We don't want lifeless working machines nor expect flawless work, but we do expect you to do your absolute best and work hard for a common goal. | |
| MISSION: General Requirements: * team player, independent thinking, flexible * at least 3 years experience in the requested field * fluent english * MS degree in the requested field * Examples of previous work is a prerequisite for the interview Web designer: * deep knowledge in Photoshop, Macromedia Studio, Freehand, Illustrator Web programmer: * deep knowledge in UML, Design Pattern, OOP * sound knowledge in C++, Java Macromedia Flash Designer: * deep knowledge in ActionScript | |
