SIG provides an integrated suite of Facilities Management, Document Management and Office Support services to Shell Oil Company and several of its affiliates, as well as other companies. The deal also includes a 49% limited partnership interest in Services Integration Group's minority-owned business Easi Document Integration, L.P. (EDI). | |
