DESCRIPTION: National providers of pharmacist staffing since 1988. For over 15 years, Pharmacy Resources Network has been an industry leader in pharmacist placement, staffing, and services. Originated and operated by pharmacists, PRN is uniquely positioned to understand pharmacy staffing challenges by applying its expertise to fit specific needs. PRN has been involved in all facets of pharmacy management and staffing. Pharmacy Resources network has the unique ability to oversee placement in a large territory. At PRN, our recruiting and placement are both IT-intensive practices, accomplished through use of the software located on the PRN website. To better help pharmacies in need, we have separate recruiting and scheduling departments. Upon receiving a request for relief work, our scheduling department places calls to staff pharmacists in the area, while our recruiting department places cold-calls in the area. Once a pharmacist is located, we immediately contact the pharmacy and book the shift. | |
