EMCI served the manpower requirements at various trade categories to Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Singapore and Taiwan. Under the DOLE and POEA authority, EMCI served the manpower requirements of various trade categories to countries like Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, U.S.A., Singapore and Taiwan. The biggest and most successful endeavor EMCI engaged with was the rapid mobilization of former employees including new recruits and deployment to Kuwait of personnel with varying skills to man the airport immediately after the Gulf War.
