DESCRIPTION: Millennium is owned and managed by the same people who founded the Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP) in 1962 led by Dr. Demetrio Quirino, Jr. Early Beginnings Started in 1974 as an Educational Assistance Program to provide students access to a complete college education initially exclusive to the engineering school. In July 1995, Millennium was incorporated with a paid-up capital of 100 million pesos. Today, as per SEC record, the capital assets have grown to 234 million.
