DESCRIPTION: Investment Strategy Endeavor's differentiating strategy is its ability to invest in young growth companies and build value by working closely with management teams on strategic and operating issues. Our target investments are often considered too small (in investment size), time consuming or "unpolished" by larger venture funds that increasingly focus on later stage investment rounds. In general, Endeavor's targeted investments already sell products to existing customers, but have not yet penetrated markets sufficiently to realize their full valuation potential. In essence, they need to manage the growth process from successful product introduction to mainstream market acceptance.
