DESCRIPTION: The Back At Work Program, Preparing the Industrial Athlete, based out of NJ, is a proactive and preventative program designed to reduce and avoid work-related musculoskeletal strains and sprains. The Back At Work Program reduces worker injury, improves employee morale, and lowers costs to the employer through a uniquely effective approach focusing on the individual. By implementing personal visits by trained Exercise Specialists usually on a weekly basis, the program identifies the specific causes of injury at the job task level. Subsequently, the Back At Work Team creates an individually customized and proactive plan for preventing employees¿ musculoskeletal disorders (MSD).
