SELECT Personnel Services, a family-owned employment service, was founded in Santa Barbara in 1985 by Trishna Paulson. She was joined later by her father, Fred Paulson, and her brother-in-law, Steve Sorensen. The company has since grown to over 50 offices throughout the United States.
