DESCRIPTION: I am into IT Recruitments with clientelle all over India. My clients are all top rung IT and ITES companies. I work majorly for domestic requirements (all over India) and sometimes International (Dubai, US, UK and Singapore). I deal with IT recruitments but sometimes, as per the client, I also take up HR and Marketing.......but this is very rare with me. The database is updated once every 3months. The client requirements are filled in the duration of 2-10days. The rate of shortlisting of the CVs has been 1:4 always my share being the highest. | |
