DESCRIPTION:
Application-Support This is comprised of those essential tasks which preserve the basic functions and integrity of the system - that is, to resolve system errors, fix the system when it breaks down, response to audit comments, run-time improvements, etc. It does not involve any program changes to provide new capabilities. Changes to software are made only to bring the system into compliance with system design. Additionally, the India team will also be involved in handling CA-7 job scheduling.
Responsibilities include providing technical and functional assistance to the team (in CR related activities like estimation, analysis, design, testing), work allocation, metrics collection and reporting, function point counting, perform DAR (Decision Analysis Report), perform CAR (Causal Analysis Report), conduct training for the team, ensuring on-time delivery and quality of deliverables.
