DESCRIPTION: A home loan financing company serving high end customers for their 'a paper jumbo' needs and other high end customers with subprime credit, needing more creative financing. Chilson Mortgage originated in 1993 is an operation dedicated to fulfilling the potential of both customers and employees. Our team members are encouraged to grow their education and skill set so that they might truly make themselves a 'company within a company.' That is, owners of an area of responsibility for which they may be compensated accordingly. Tuition for related courses is fronted upfront, and three weeks vacation per year to start, growing annually thereafter. Rely upon none of these statements for accepting or declining employment with Chilson or another firm. Documentation from applicants will be required of current and past income, and documentation of the organization's nature will also be spelled out. | |
