DESCRIPTION: The Pearl2 Project, supported by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), The principal objectives of the Pearl2 Project are to promote job creation and poverty alleviation through the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The main mode of operation will be to assist business support organizations (BSOs) in the design, development and execution of programs, projects and experimental initiatives to support their SME member base. BSOs are typically chambers of commerce, business associations and councils, NGOs, foundations, research and academic institutions that have mandate to support SMEs. | |
