DESCRIPTION: The Back Alley Arts Organization Inc, created in May 2003, is a not-for-profit agency which publishes and promotes struggling artists and writers for free. Our predecessor, The Backseat Magazine, offered publication to struggling artists and writers nationwide since 2002. More recently we have altered our methods to better benefit our constituency. Where a publisher or gallery insists upon representation, we are just that, your representatives. When you submit your work for review, those who are accepted are published in our online magazine, to be forwarded to our affiliated publishers, galleries and museums. | |
